From the meeting
The commission recognized the 5th Annual Mane Attraction Car Show on September 19, 2026 at the Louisiana State Fairgrounds. Speakers said the event was growing, drew visitors from across the Ark-La-Tex, and generated revenue for nearby businesses. Commissioner Burrell also mentioned efforts to bring a large motorcycle show to the fairgrounds in the future, and Mr.
Jones proposed a partnership with the Caddo Career and Technology Center auto-body program. The festival is already set, but the future expansion ideas create follow-on relationship value.
