From the meeting
The commission is scheduled to consider four 2027 events at Ninigret Park: Intention Fest, RICAN 2027 Annual Polar Plunge, Seaside Classic Youth Soccer Tournament, and Rhythm & Roots Festival. Each item is subject to solicitor review, required paperwork, insurance, and final signoff by the Parks and Recreation Director. The agendas show a live decision point for event operators and support vendors tied to park use, insurance, and event services.
