From the meeting
The commission approved the town's Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP) after a workshop on the proposed FY2027-FY2031 priorities. Named projects included the Church Street Roadway Project, Wastewater Treatment Plant improvements, Water Quality Improvement Project, the police firing range, and Town Hall Complex engineering and construction. The ICIP is the gate to future capital outlay funding, so the town is still shaping the funded project pipeline.
