From the meeting
The college issued a request for proposal (RFP) for Facility Condition Analysis Services to support a deferred maintenance study for all three campuses. The $112,600 proposal from ECS Midwest, LLC was the recommended partner, with Terracon also responding. The study would feed a multi-year deferred maintenance and capital renewal plan, so the October 13, 2026 board vote was the key buying point and any software or future planning work could follow.
