THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
The city is receiving a ventilation assessment report for the water treatment plant and approving a budget request for 2027 improvements to the HVAC system. SEH’s professional services contract is being amended for additional design and investigation work. Mechanical, controls, and HVAC vendors have a near-term opportunity to support design, provide equipment, and engage before bids for the 2027 implementation are set.
Includes acceptance of the assessment, budget request approval, and SEH design and investigation contracts.
