From the meeting
The capital line is "Property Infrastructure Systems Upgrades" with a FY27 request of $6,000,000. IMSA said the work would address sanitary sewage, storm systems, water distribution to halls, asphalt roadways and lots, deteriorating sidewalks, and stormwater containment and capacity, including parking lot replacement with safer green options. The project was still at the funding request stage on September 5, 2026, but it defines a broad campus civil and utility upgrade need.
