THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
The board will review and potentially adopt the 2026-2027 Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) Plan. ELOP funds before/after school and summer enrichment, often requiring curriculum, staffing, and program management tools. This is a strong signal that the district will be shaping funded extended day programs, creating needs for enrichment curricula, tutoring, SEL programs, scheduling systems, and partner providers.
ELOP is a state-funded initiative in California; details of the local plan will drive specific contracted services and materials.
