THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
The board will hold a public hearing to discuss submitting one or more Community Development Block Grant applications for the 2026 program year. Specific projects are not yet defined, but CDBG typically funds housing rehab, infrastructure, and community facilities. This is an opening for firms that help scope projects, write grants, and then deliver CDBG-eligible construction, engineering, or program services once applications are approved.
Hearing is to identify possible CDBG uses before applications are submitted.
