From the meeting
The board was scheduled to enter into an agreement with the Governing Board of the Educational Service Center of Northeast Ohio on behalf of Ohio Substitute Teacher Services (OSTS) to help recruit, engage, and qualify substitute teachers and other employees. The item was pending the October 21, 2026 vote. This points to an ongoing staffing pipeline need, with OSTS positioned as the workforce support provider.
