From the meeting
The board was scheduled to consider approval of a multi-year State Water Project (SWP) transfer agreement with the Westside Districts and South Coast Water View Authority (SCVWA). The item suggests an active water supply arrangement, but the agenda does not show final approval. This matters because multi-year transfer terms can create follow-on needs around delivery, scheduling, and related water management services.
