From the meeting
The board scheduled a vote on a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with American InterContinental University for teacher recruitment, retention, and continuing education support. The agenda says AIU has added teacher certification programs in elementary, secondary, and special education and already partners with 20+ Arizona districts. The agreement is pending the board's action, so the buyer is identified but the decision is not yet final.
