THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
The Board of Trustees is considering a resolution to execute a Water Project Fund Loan/Grant Agreement with the New Mexico Finance Authority. The agreement would provide $4,950,000 in funding to the Town of Estancia for water system work. With financing being authorized, the town will soon need engineering, construction, and related services to design and deliver the water improvements funded by this package.
Agenda does not detail the specific water project scope, but size of financing suggests multi-year infrastructure work.
