From the meeting
The board had a motion to approve an EF Tour to Costa Rica for March 25-April 1, 2028. The trip was described with a quoted cost of $4,209 per person, and students would pay all expenses. The district is not responsible for costs, but the trip approval creates a clear travel vendor signal and a long lead time.
EF Tours is the named provider to track for logistics and related student travel follow-up.
