From the meeting
The board considered increasing custodian-grounds time by 30 minutes for new expanded learning opportunity program (ELOP) classrooms funded by ELOP. This points to a staffing and facilities support need tied to program growth, not a separate vendor award. The item was on the September 8, 2026 action agenda, so the decision was still pending that vote.
