From the meeting
The August 26, 2026 packet included a proposal for 204 Montgomery from Julissa Speer-Bulmer for a small-business boardwalk concept with 10x20 spaces, utility hookups, vending spaces, and future tiny homes. Clerk Nancy L. Keeton asked that it be placed on the agenda, and the council was expected to discuss Montgomery Street access.
This is an early-stage development lead with named private sponsor and site concept, but no approval yet.
