From the meeting
The annual goals packet said Jefferson High School had been using the Stronger Connections grant to hire a school nurse, contract with a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and contract for an athletic trainer. It also said the grant sunsets in June 2025 and the district will need to find resources to continue those services if it is not renewed. That creates a clear follow-on funding and staffing signal for health and student support vendors.
