From the meeting
The agenda scheduled a repair hearing on County Ditch 88 for the board to consider the draft repair report and whether to approve the proposed work. The attached amendment shows a reduced repair package built around cleaning 9,426 linear feet of ditch, seeding, mowing, weed control, one tree removal, and 450 linear feet of fence removal and reinstallation. That keeps the procurement window open until the vote and final authorization.
The work was still pending approval in this agenda package.
