From the meeting
The agenda flagged the WWTP administrative building as an SRF grant item, but it did not include the full scope or a selected vendor. Because it appeared on the meeting agenda, the project was still in the discussion and decision phase on August 24, 2026. A seller would want to confirm whether this is a new building, renovation, or design/build package and what funding step comes next.
