From the meeting
Superintendent Kronemeyer said the district was in the final stages of closing Washington Elementary and that Spence Brothers joined remotely to give a construction update. The team reported leaking floor drains and said it was consulting with the structural engineer about the pool walls, while also providing weekly construction summaries. This is follow-on construction management work on an already selected contractor.
