From the meeting
Ramsey County tied the Aldrich Arena bonding request to accessibility improvements. That indicates a future facility modernization project that could involve design, accessibility consulting, and construction services if the county moves from platform language to funded work. No vendor or cost was named in the source.
The opportunity was still pre-budget and awaiting final platform approval.

Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
