THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
Potential development of large-scale data centers in Wyoming, requiring significant power, cooling, and construction.
Inferred: Opportunity for energy companies, construction firms, and IT infrastructure providers. Data centers are a growing industry in the region. One data center cost 1.2 billion dollars to construct and 3 billion dollars to outfit. Another proposed data center would use 5-10 times the power of the entire state of Wyoming.
