THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
Parents are urging Sausalito Marin City School District to finalize terms with nonprofit Play Marin to redevelop the long-neglected athletic field in Marin City. The letter says there are no alternative district plans and stresses that Play Marin is ready to deliver, but no agreement or funding details are disclosed. This points to an active planning window where consultants in design, sports facility construction, turf, lighting, and program management could help shape scope, phasing, and financing around a potential Play Marin partnership.
Community advocates reference a partnership concept with Play Marin for a state-of-the-art athletic field but no formal board action or contract is indicated in this letter.
