From the meeting
Pam Lee reported that the city submitted an Energy Efficiency Community Block Grant (EECBG) application to replace the air conditioning unit at City Hall. The application was not awarded yet, so the project was still in the funding stage. This is a near-term facilities lead tied to a specific building upgrade and grant program.
Follow-up depends on grant review and any required procurement after award.
