From the meeting
Page County Public Schools presented a Teacher Leadership Academy to build teacher leadership, collaboration, and stronger instructional practice. The program includes summer learning in June and August, monthly school-level meetings from April to October, and teacher-led professional development sessions in August and September. This is an ongoing capacity-building effort, not a procurement, but it signals sustained demand for training design and professional learning support.

A pre-RFP is an early indicator that a government agency is planning a purchase — a project discussed in a board meeting, a budget line item, a new hire, or a grant award — captured before a formal RFP or bid is published. Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
