From the meeting
On September 17, 2026, PERT staff said they were meeting weekly to plan coverage for Pre-ETS services for the Charlottesville office until the school caseload counselor position is filled. The office serves ten school divisions, so the vacancy is affecting service delivery planning. This is a staffing-driven trigger for transition services support and temporary coverage.
