From the meeting
On October 22, 2026 the Planning Commission recommended adoption of a major update to the City of Stockbridge Unified Development Code (UDC). A consultant, CPL Team, had been working with Community Development staff and a stakeholder committee for several months. The update would replace the March 14, 2022 UDC and add new housing, data center, truck storage, parking, and traffic study rules.
The next decision was City Council adoption in 2026.
