From the meeting

On July 15, 2026 the District found the HVAC system at the Medical Lake facility had failed and immediately brought in DIVCO to restore temporary cooling. By July 27, contractors were onsite evaluating the system and developing proposals for repair or replacement, and the building owner, City of Medical Lake, had acknowledged responsibility. The work was still being shaped, but the facility now has an obvious repair-or-replace decision ahead.

Sellers should treat this as an early-stage building systems lead.
