From the meeting
OHA signed a contract with Unite Us (Connect Oregon) in August 2026 to support Oregon's Medicaid Community Information Exchange (CIE) needs under the 2022-2027 1115 Medicaid waiver. The rollout will start with Acentra and Medicaid Open Card HRSN providers, with many partners able to join at no cost later this year. OHA also said it is contracting with Findhelp, with signing anticipated in 2027, creating a second vendor track and more follow-on opportunity.
