From the meeting
New Horizon Academy sought a conditional use permit to operate a daycare center in the existing former Montessori Academy facility at 1400 North Park Lane. The agenda shows the request was still pending council review. This is a live private-facility reuse signal, with the applicant and consultant named for follow-up on tenant improvements and occupancy-related work.

A pre-RFP is an early indicator that a government agency is planning a purchase — a project discussed in a board meeting, a budget line item, a new hire, or a grant award — captured before a formal RFP or bid is published. Acting on pre-RFPs gives SLED and B2G vendors months of lead time to build relationships and shape requirements.
