From the meeting
New Fairfield High School planned an overnight international field trip to Budapest, Krakow, and Prague for July 3-12, 2027. Christine Haddad was the trip leader and Education First was the tour company/trip sponsor. The packet named flights, bus transportation, hotels, insurance through Broadspire, and a cost of $5,189 per student plus about $200 for tips.
This is a decided trip package, with likely follow-on needs around travel logistics, chaperones, insurance, and future trip planning.
