From the meeting
MICS said classroom management implementation was not yet consistent and that leaders would develop common expectations, provide training, and monitor walkthrough data through June 2027. The work includes positive reinforcement, de-escalation, restorative practices, and behavior documentation. This is a schoolwide training and coaching need, not a purchase yet, but it points to possible PD and behavior-support services.
