From the meeting
Mayor Smith reported that he met with Derrick Moxley of OKC Fireworks Warehouse about collaborating on a Halloween event on October 30 or 31. The discussion also linked the event to introducing the EDC to the town and possibly adding a brief ceremony or Trunk or Treat. Mayor Smith said he would meet with Derrick again and loop in President Williams.
This is an open planning lead tied to event production and potential vendor partnership.
