From the meeting
LASA reported that the water tower project was almost complete at the October 26, 2026 meeting. Two outstanding items remained: electrical for the new mixer and cathodic protection. The FY2026 audit also says $16,400 had been spent on the project for rehabilitation, repainting, inspection, and necessary repairs.
This is a closeout and follow-on services signal rather than a new bid.
