From the meeting
In the Schnabel work order packet dated October 9, 2026, the town's replacement dam design work was described as being partially funded through the FEMA High Hazard Potential Dam Grant Program. The packet said the town had been awarded the grant and was moving the dam from preliminary design into the 60%, 90%, and 100% detailed design phases. The proposal also said the 90% design package would support permitting, which was not included in the scope.
Decision state: grant-funded design work underway.
