In the October 15, 2026 Maintenance and Project Update, ARJWS said Paragon Engineering completed the coordination study for the back-up power generation system upgrade. Several settings needed modification and would be included in phase II. Carolina EnerSolv was scheduled to conduct a survey trip in mid-November to identify systems and components needing upgrades.
ARJWS said it would request bids for phase II once the full scope was identified. The project was described as necessary so full system loads could be reliably supplied by the back-up generators.
