THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
Host the USA Triathlon Multisport National Championship in May 2027, involving event organization, road closures, and coordination with city services.
The event is a five-day national championship, attracting athletes from across the country. It requires single-lane road closures for bike portions. The city commission is apprehensive about the impact on public staff and truck routes, and has tabled the decision for further discussion. Inferred: Potential for event management, traffic control, public safety support, and public works services.
