From the meeting
Henry Ford College awarded Albert Kahn Associates a $170,340 contract for architectural and engineering services for the renovation of Adray Auditorium. The project is to improve ADA and safety code compliance and make the 1950s auditorium more functional for academic, theater, music, and occasional external use. The work was already selected from nine proposals, so the near-term sales angle is implementation support and any follow-on design or construction phase tied to this renovation.
