From the meeting
Hanover Parks and Recreation sought $32,500 from the Lou and Ann Bressett Memorial Endowment Fund to expand the Home for the Holidays campaign. The plan added wagon rides, Snow Many Pancakes, a Noon Year's Eve celebration, seasonal enrichment programs, and five reusable illuminated woodland animals downtown. The town manager and director of administrative services recommended approval, and funding was available.
This is a grant-funded seasonal program expansion, not a procurement.
