THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
GSP IT has completed a full modernization of its enterprise phone system, replacing 400+ desk phones and migrating from Mitel Connect to Mitel MiCollab unified communications. The project upgraded resiliency, mobility, and collaboration and integrated with Microsoft Teams, emergency phones, and public endpoints, and was delivered within existing capital and operating budgets. With MiCollab now in place, there is ongoing need for integration, user training, security hardening, and potential expansion into contact center and analytics capabilities.
Project integrated desk phones, mobile and soft clients, Teams, and emergency/public area phones; replaced an end-of-life Mitel Connect platform.
