From the meeting
General Services presented fully developed construction documents for new front and rear parking lots and new lighting at the Central Wellness Center. The report also flagged access and roadway concerns, but said no board action was needed at this time. This is a planned capital project that appears to be moving through design, with future procurement likely once the county is ready.
Sellers should watch for the next step when the project is funded or released for construction.
