From the meeting
Franklin County Public Schools proposed an Early College Program with Virginia Western Community College. The outline includes a 61-credit Associate of Arts and Science degree path and a 33-credit Early College Scholar certificate. It is a program design signal, not a vendor award, and it shows the district is shaping dual-enrollment curriculum and delivery with a college partner.
Sellers tied to curriculum, student information, or program support should watch for implementation needs.
