From the meeting
Director of Public Works Al Knoth told the council that the department is preparing equipment for winter operations and that changes to the 2027 bulk and vegetative collection schedule will be communicated by postcard in October or November. The notice points to a coming service-schedule change, but the minutes do not give a specific procurement. It is useful as a service-planning signal for waste collection, resident notification, and related operational support.
