From the meeting
DEED received a Rural Health Transformation grant to support the Alaska Presidential Physical Fitness Testing (APPFT) program. Districts may receive funding for up to five years to implement the program and related school or community activities. Each district may receive up to $50,000, plus $5,000 per participating school.
