THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
Council will consider a "PDAP Request for Designation", likely seeking Provincial Disaster Assistance Program designation for recent damage. If approved, this can unlock funding for repairing municipal infrastructure such as roads, bridges, and drainage. Engineering and construction firms should watch for which assets are covered, as the RM may need rapid assessments, design, and repair work under PDAP rules.
Agenda item 13.17; tied to disaster recovery funding and subsequent infrastructure repair projects.
