From the meeting
Council received an update on the Grafton Lake Watershed Management Plan, which is being developed by Urban Systems Ltd. The desktop assessment was complete and the next phases would finish the watershed risk assessment, then add prioritized actions, an implementation plan, and adaptive management. The plan was being shaped around drinking water protection, development pressure, septic systems, and long-term monitoring needs.
That makes the work relevant to consulting, monitoring, and environmental planning vendors even though no new procurement was requested at this meeting.
