From the meeting
Council discussed repairs to the Eagle River Rink water setup on August 24, 2026. Greg Swanson reported a walkthrough with Randy and suggested removing the hot water on demand unit, connecting two tanks in series, and replacing tanks if needed. The old system may not work, and the rough test cost was about $1,000.
This is a small facilities maintenance need with a clear next conversation about repair versus replacement.
