From the meeting
Corporate Services reported that the Town was working with its GIS provider and Telus on geospatial call routing for 911 calls. The need is to make sure mapping data routes emergency calls to the right services based on caller location. The work was already underway, so this is an implementation and follow-on support opportunity rather than an open bid.
