THE 30-SECOND BRIEF
Baxter is receiving a ventilation assessment for its water treatment plant and discussed the Water Treatment Plant HVAC Improvements Project. The City accepted the assessment report, approved a 2027 budget request for HVAC improvements, and expanded SEH professional services and investigations. This is an early-stage signal for substantial HVAC and building systems work at the plant, where mechanical, controls, and construction firms can position solutions before full design and bidding.
SEH is the engineering consultant for assessment, design, and investigations.
