From the meeting

At the September 28, 2026 meeting, council approved an amendment for Trebisky Grove that changed the planned development from 32 townhomes to 30 single-family detached homes. Planning and Economic Development Director Michael Love said the change reflected market conditions and that engineering review, sanitary sewer, stormwater, and water service approvals were still required. Developer Greg Sommers said due diligence and studies were underway, so the project is still in a pre-final-engineering stage.
