From the meeting
At the October 30, 2026 meeting, staff said the Greater Region Mobility Initiative (GRMI) plan update would begin in spring 2027 and target completion in 2028. The update will start with the regional mobility survey completed in 2024 and will gather public feedback on unmet transportation needs and barriers for the 2028-2032 plan. Staff also said GRMI may not get state support to run the program and may have to run it internally.
Decision state: informational.
